How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@bundlegate.click with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What Should I Do If My Order Tracking Information Is Not Updated?
This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service at Contact@bundlegate.click for assistance.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes, for this reason we cannot ship to PO Boxes and a physical address is required to ship your item. If you place an order to ship to a PO Box we will need to obtain an alternative address from you which may cause delay in shipping your item.
Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
